Grand Ole Opry

My mom came to visit and so we took her to see Keith Urban at the Grand Ole Opry. He was so good and seriously sooo hot. I don't usually say that about other guys, but I cannot help myself.
He did such a good job and the girls were able to go right by the stage to see him. Mya fell asleep but Hope and Ellie loved it.
I cant say enough good things about him, he is a very good entertainer and you could tell that he just loves what he is doing. It was Marty Stuarts birthday and so he sang as well and we also heard little Jimmy Dickins. It was a fun night!

Miss Independent!

I gave Mya spaghetti o's for lunch and I proceeded to try to feed her and she just kept turning her head away from me. So this is what the outcome was. I was laughing so hard.
I love how she is holding the spoon but eating with her hands.
It was everywhere. I even found it in her ears, according to this picture I guess I should have known that.

Ellies Birthday!

Mommy was crazy and gave Ellie her own makeup. She loved it and now the new rule is: Mommy wont use your makeup and you don't use hers. So far it has worked, so we will see.
My baby is 3 already. It is sad how fast they grow up.
Daddy gave her a new jacket and she would not take it off. Happy Birthday Ellie, We Love You!

Poodle Skirts

We had a Sock Hop fundraiser for Hopes school and I was in charge of all the decorations, (thats a whole other story) anyways I decided to make us all poodle skirts for the occasion and I am happy to announce that we won best costumes. The girls looked sooo cute. Tweeb was wearing a tight white shirt, jeans and black shoes for the occasion as well.

Isn't he so cute!! I love it when I get to go and watch him sing. He is doing what he loves and nothing makes him or I happier.

For those of you who don't know, the Bluebird Cafe is where Garth Brooks got his big break and many other artists as well. You have to have original songs to sing there also. This night he sang BTW I LOL (A song that he and one of his best friends Cody Braithwaite wrote together). It is about texting, it is actually really catchy. I am going to download the video, but haven't had time to figure it out yet. So check back again.

My baby finally has hair!

Its true, Ellie is finally getting some long awaited hair. She will be three next month and I am barely being able to do stuff with it. Hopefully it wont take mya quite as long, but we will see.

Hopes first day of school.

I cant believe that Hope is in second grade already. She absolutely loves school and is making lots of friends. Her teacher is Ms. White and she is really nice, which hope loves. We all love the school district too, so things are going well.

Playing in the rain!

It was raining like crazy (we finally got a little bit of after math from the hurricane) and the girls wanted to go outside and play in the puddles. Hope and Ellie decided to get dressed up for the occasion in long pants and sweatshirts. Mya was the one who knew what she was doing because it was Hot outside. I had taken the video camera back inside and when I returned Ellie was completely naked (surprise, surprise). To say the least that was the end of her puddle jumping adventure. I got a picture but I didn't think it was appropriate to post.
