Grandma and Grandpa come to visit

Grandma and Grandpa Gladwell came to visit us over the fall break. It was so fun to get to see them and to show them around Nashville.
This is all of us at Carnton Plantation. It was used as a Civil War Field Hospital and is supposed to be "the most haunted building in Tennessee". Unfortunately we learned more by researching it before hand than by our very inexperienced tour guide (however she gave us a lot to laugh about afterward).

This is us downtown Nashville taking a carriage ride. Mya absolutely loved the horse. She hung over Tweebs shoulder the whole ride, so she could look at it.

This is Grandpa, Grandma and the girls at the Ryman Auditorium. This is one of the main auditoriums that the stars perform at. It is said that the acoustics are second only to the Mormon Tabernacle building (we thought that was pretty cool). Thanks for coming to visit Grandpa and Grandma. We had so much fun and miss you already.

You guys have some pretty cool places to visit over there. I never knew Tennessee was such an interesting place to visit. We'll have to go some time.

I can't even tell you how much fun we had! Thanks so much for being tour guides. Your house is SOOO cute, but I would expect nothing less. It was so sad to say goodbye, the girls were as cute as ever and hilarious, especially at the motel pool. Danyette is completely amazing running all over Nashville, in and out of traffic on the interstate like no big deal. And finding Craig and I when we got lost.
